I usually put a car/racing themed documentary on my computer and just black out my screen when I'm going to bed.

I need suggestions — F1 related would be great, but I think I've pretty much run the gamut; if you have any that you know are online but don't turn up with a simple google search for f1/driver name/year/chassis number and documentary it would be much appreciated.

But racing at all is fantastic. I very much enjoyed the Paris Dakar piece that was posted a week or so ago.

For your trouble, here is a fantastic little piece on Senna during a 'winter' break and generally on his life in Brazil.

There is this one. It isn't really a "good" documentary, but if you watch it you will understand why it so awesome.

Not a documentary, but I've fallen asleep to Le Mans before. Unintentionally, though.

However, I've purposely fallen asleep to /Trackside...multiple times. Mmmmmyesss

How about that complete, announcerless F1 race someone posted last night?
Great ear candy.

I used that just about every night while studying for the bar; it is very good to listen to at night!
